I’m so grateful I’ve found this article. At 2:00 a.m. last night, after trying to force myself to fall asleep via a sleep aid and sheer determination, I was only able to find the same old information on countless websites. Further, most were just trying to sell a book or product. Reading through these suggestions, they just seem to make sense and I’m looking forward to trying them out the next time insomnia strikes. I did not find this information in any other location so it’s a good thing I stumbled onto it here. Thanks Mark.
My grandmother decided not to put the light on when going to the bathroom and she slipped and cracked her head open on the tub and almost died. I definitely suggest a dim night light to give some sort of light and for your own safety.
