Good stuff i like it. Yes its a fine line between being to strong/abnoxious and strong/charasmatic. All makes sense and this research simply confirms what we have learned over the years. Its basically about keeping it positive, upbeat, and supportive whilst adding a little flavor and tactfull humor whenever possible. I personally have to be carefull not to come across as agressive. This can also be overdone if not dont tactfully. Women can sometimes view this as crude if communication is not considerate enough.
