Mark, it seems that each of your points addresses not only a major component of self-confidence, but also a diabolical force which undermines it (ie, fear of failure; fear of exposure; fear of what others thing; incorrect self-programming).
Thanks for reminding us that self-confidence is our ‘natural state,’ our birthright as it were. And thanks for the inspiring story of a man who created a dream project out of thin air using not much more than his own confidence. Great stuff.
