I really felt like it could work.  With a few more sessions and practise, I reckon I could soon be able to deal with my dreadful circulation problems in my hands, feet and more recently my nose. I tseems to be getting owrse as I get older.  I’ve alswya had cold hands, as an adult I developed cold feet too and now at the age of 42, I get a cold nose throan in too.

I listened to Mark and although my hands were warm at the time my feet felt cold to the touch, so I closed my eyes and thought of them around that warm fire in a warm room on a lovely fluffy rug and I could actually feel something happening.  I am not saying that after 2 minutes of listening to Mark, my feet were toastie but I reckon after a few sessions I would be able to control this frustrting problem.

    Hi,

I saw a Dr today that specializes in neuropathy.  According to him he has helped many patients improve their neuropathy by tratments that improve brain function and by balencing the left and right brain. He told me how if the brain is not working properly, it causes the blood vessels to constirct and thereby lessen blood flow to the nerves.  Shich in turn causes the neuropathy.  He measured my blood profusion to my feet and got a reading of .3 - He explained that it should be a minimum of 3.0 - So, I’m way low.  What’s you take on this approach?

    Thx!

    Hello Bill

I haven’t heard of this approach and would be interested to know how this ‘brain balancing’ would be achieved.

    All best wishes

    Mark
