I really like this one - particularly tip 7 ‘stop making stuff up and believing it’. Our imagination is one of the most incredible tools the human brain has but how we misuse it sometimes is incredible!

in my search for how to stop being so painfully negative, i found many sites that only reinforced my sour attitude with platitudes like “count your blessings” and “just be more positive”.
what a relief to find an article that not only speaks to the issue with depth and sensitivity, but that is well-written and beautifully laid out!
