so how do you find “what you love”.....I have worked in offices doing accounting and everything concerning working in an office, now 2 jobs to make ends meet, morning accounting and afternoon travel agent…...I have hated working my whole life (17 and now 64) and so embarrassed I could never figure out anything I liked to do….I have no talent in anything…I cry every day at what a loser I am….even in dating the first question a man asks “what do you do”  and when I said accounting it was a like I said I had murdered someone…...what a wasted life I have had…...

I can really relate to what you’re saying.  Sometimes I feel stuck in the work that I do.  While it’s enjoyable work—working in an office is better than digging ditches in the summer heat—I’m good at it and I could do it in my sleep, it no longer provides a challenge.  People say “do what you love and the money will come.”  Well, that hasn’t worked for me either.  I seem to feel that I can’t make as much money doing what I love as I can doing what I feel I have to do to make money.  Does that make sense?  Anyway, those are my thoughts on the topic and I hope I win the download because, as you can tell, I really could use it!

    Thanks,

    Anna
