    Definitely some great tips, i gotta say. On number 3, trying to use another part of my brain—i find that if i’m in an ongoing period of stress, i like to drive to and from work different ways, exploring new backroads, take a left instead of a right, take the long way—getting in that same pattern every single day takes it out of you.
