    If you masturbate to relax and you have been doing it more as an adult that indicates that you need to relax more because you are experiencing more stress. So one route to less masturbation would be to find other ways to relax. But you’d also need to ask yourself whether masturbation is really a problem for you. Does it interfere with your life? Does it prevent you from meeting other personal needs. Does it negatively affect your self perception? Follow the tips in the article if you decide that it really has been negatively affecting your life.
