    I love this article.  It has given me some new tips on how to control my eating.  I had never thought of weight loss the way that it is discussed here. 

    I can sit here and imagine that the chocolate bar is the top of a high building, ‘Do I want to go over the edge and hit the ground?’

    hi was always overweight, but lately feeling the worse for it, decided to look through your website, to see that now it looks like i’m to blame for one of my friends who was thin for a long time and who has now gained a lot of weight for being friends with an obese person i.e. me, doesn’t really help the problem to be told this or do your self esteem any good, what more can i say!
