Home > Confidence and Self Esteem

In this confidence and self esteem video, Mark Tyrrell discusses how a lack of self confidence and self esteem can stop us achieving our goals and seizing opportunities. Mark uses the traditional tale of ‘The lion who saw himself in the water’ to illustrate how confidence works and talks about what good self confidence actually is. He discusses common misconceptions people have about how confident people actually feel and illustrates ways to improve your own confidence and self esteem.
